Young Dancers Initiative (YDI) is committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable environment for all dancers, staff, and community members. As a pre-professional youth contemporary dance company, we embrace and celebrate diversity while ensuring that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.

Harassment and Retaliation Prevention

YDI maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or online harassment. Retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or harassment is strictly prohibited. Any concerns should be reported to the appropriate leadership, and all reports will be handled with discretion and sensitivity.
